Graphite Flat
A local-first Android home-screen replacement. Graphite surfaces, transparent clock/weather/agenda, monochrome app icons, and no analytics, accounts or advertising.
Graphite Flat starts with a free 7-day full-feature trial. After the trial, full access is a one-time unlock for US $4.99.
What is a launcher?
Your phone’s home screen, redesigned.
A launcher is the home screen and app drawer you see when you unlock your phone. Installing a different launcher changes how that home screen looks and works. Your apps stay the same. Android asks you to choose it as the default home app; installing it doesn’t silently replace your current one, and you can switch back at any time.

What it does
Organized, quiet, yours.
- Swipe up for the app drawer. Search matches app names, ignoring case and accents.
- Collapsible All Apps, Uncategorized and custom category cards, plus an alphabet index for long lists.
- Folders, hidden apps, up to six dock apps and extra pages.
- Graphite widgets and standard Android widgets that you can move and resize.
- Appearance controls for dark surfaces, accent colour, labels, monochrome or original icons and compatible icon packs.
- Weather from MET Norway and active alerts from the U.S. National Weather Service, using your current location, a city search or manual coordinates.
- Backup and restore through Android’s document picker, with a preview before anything is replaced.
- An experimental Google Discover option, off by default. With the separately packaged Graphite Discover helper installed, swiping right from Home opens Google’s Discover feed.
