These Terms of Use concern NEON BrickStorm, an Android arcade game offered by 16 Bit Bytes LLC (“16 Bit Bytes,” “we,” or “us”). Your rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.
Using NEON BrickStorm
NEON BrickStorm is a single-player brick-breaker game. Progress, scores, and settings are stored only on your device. If you clear the app's data or uninstall the app, that progress is permanently lost, unless Android's own device backup has restored it. We cannot recover lost progress.
Optional haptic feedback depends on your device. You can turn it off in Settings. Take breaks, and stop playing if you feel discomfort. Like other games with bright, flashing visuals, NEON BrickStorm may not be suitable for people sensitive to flashing lights.
Availability
NEON BrickStorm is free to download, and World 1 is free to play. It has no ads. Features and content may change between versions. The game is distributed through Google Play, and Google's terms govern your use of Google Play. The 16 Bit Bytes website may be reachable from other locations.
Purchases (Google Play Billing)
World 2 and every world after it (through World 20) unlock with a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase of $2.99 (US price; Google Play shows the price for your country). It is the only purchase in the game, and there are no subscriptions. Purchases are made through Google Play Billing, and Google processes the payment under the Google Play terms. We receive no card or other payment data. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; you can request one through Google Play. If a purchase is refunded or revoked by Google Play, World 2 and every world after it (through World 20) lock again once Google Play confirms it. Your unlock of World 2 and every world after it is tied to your Google account, and you can restore it on a new device with Settings → Restore Purchases.
The game is played offline. The app uses the network only to talk to Google Play to show the price, make a purchase, and check or restore purchases, and gameplay never needs a connection. If Google Play can't be reached, an unlock you already own keeps World 2 and every world after it playable.
Privacy
The NEON BrickStorm Privacy Policy describes the app's information practices. We do not collect personal information, and we receive no personal data from your purchase.
